When we landed in the Dallas airport we saw "Buckeye Guy" while we were waiting for our luggage. Andy practically ran over to get a picture with him.

Ready to have some fun!

The hotel had National Championship logos and football decor all over.

We were up on the 22nd floor. It was a cool view, despite the foggy and rainy weather.

There is a convention center connected to the Omni, where we stayed. It was massive! There were all sorts of things going on, and fun photo-ops.

There was a pep rally for Ohio State at the convention center. We went to hear TBDBITL play. They were awesome!

Fogo de Chao was recommended as a restaurant not to miss. We loved it! My favorite was the little Brazilian cheese bread. Andy preferred the meat.

Allstate did a brunch Monday morning and Kirk Herbstreit was there and spoke briefly. It was nice to hear him say how much he does love the Buckeyes, even though he needs to be impartial for his broadcasts.

Our hotel was in downtown Dallas, so we had lots of options for things to do. We chose the Perot Science museum Monday morning. We were so excited for the game. We needed a distraction. It was a lot of fun.

On our way to the game! There were two buses of people in the group, and a few SUVs. We had a police escort to and from the game. We were running red lights and cars were pulling over to get out of the way. It was quite thrilling to feel like a VIP.

The stadium was enormous. The Buckeye fans far outnumbered the Ducks fans. It was so loud and so fun. Andy and I screamed and cheered all night. My whole body hurt from cheering so much.

I am so happy we won!!!

Tuesday morning we had some time before we had to get to the airport. There was an aquarium downtown, so we wandered around for a while. It was a great aquarium.

We found a sloth!

There was a manatee that came up right by the glass for us.
