Happy New Year!

I have a hard time believing 2012 is here already. Time seems to go faster and faster every year. We rang in the new year at my brother's house. We had great take-out from a few different restaurants to make sure everybody got just what they wanted. I was so happy to get some Thai food. I need to learn how to make Mat-Sa-Man Curry (That's how it is spelled on the menu for this restaurant. I know I've also seen it spelled Massaman- either way, it is my favorite Thai dish.).

My family is crazy competitive and we generally avoid games. Even so, there were several games played throughout the night. The kids played some Wii games, there was some Euchre, Quarto and Truth be Told. These are all great games. I highly recommend them all.

We turned the TV on about 10 minutes before midnight to watch the ball drop in Time Square. It's nice to see the ball drop and count down with everyone. I don't care to see the celebrities that they get to come on the show, so we made it to midnight, cleaned up a little and headed for home.

We had a great year in 2011. We already have some fun trips and big things planned for 2012 (Disney Land, Aspen Grove, UT and getting the foundation repaired to name a few), so we are excited to get things going.

Here are just a few pictures of us on New Year's Eve.

Abe loves to play the silly games that Andy has on his phone:
