Dill Dip

I think the first time that I had this dip (and spinach dip) was our wedding reception. I love this stuff! This is a simple recipe from Andy's mom.

Dill Dip
1 cup mayo (Andy's family uses Miracle Whip in most recipes in place of mayo. Not this one.)
1 cup sour cream
bit of green onion (optional)
1 T parsley flakes
1 T Beau Monde
1 tsp Dill Weed

Combine ingredients and chill. The ingredients need some time to "marry". The dip is better after it has time to sit in the fridge.
