Mint Brownies for Christmas

I already posted the recipe to make mint brownies, but I wanted to post how we made them to be festive for Christmas. We added red food coloring to the mint frosting and after putting the melted chocolate over the frosting we sprinkled crushed up candy canes on top.

They look great and taste even better! I can't get Andy to stop eating them. We just need to save a few to deliver to our friends.
